We Help Employers Create Better Benefits Packages
An excellent benefits package means different things to different people. Our goal is to find the best plan to meet the needs of all individuals within a group. Below is actual feedback that we have received from clients and prospective clients on what they are looking for. Group Benefits Network can meet these needs and more!
For The Employers
Question: What makes an excellent benefits package?
- I want to provide my employees with access to the best products and services available, but I want to do it in a way that is cost efficient.
- I am most concerned that future costs are controlled and managed in the future.
- Our benefits are provided by a broker and managed in a way that allows us to focus on productivity.
- Our employees are educated on good health practices, provided incentives to use to the cheapest source of care and allowed to make decisions now that will have a healthy impact on their lives in the future.
- Benefits are provided by us with as little impact on our internal staff as possible.
- Outstanding Coverage Simply Put: Low Cost, Ability to manage costs, Employee appreciation of the benefits or perception that they are “good” benefits, ease of administration, ability to eliminate as much administration of benefits as possible by internal staff.
We want benefits to be predictable and perceived as a true benefit by our employees

Question: What makes an excellent benefits package?
- I want to go to the doctor that I want to go to.
- I want to be able to go to a doctor when I need to go.

- I would like the ability to see the doctor that is desired, or a group of medical professionals that can competently provide the appropriate therapies that my family needs.
- My family has unique problems and needs. What should we be doing differently? What unique medical attention is required?
- My family has average medical requirements. We need to go to a doctor a few times a year, have a few emergencies, but in general we are healthy… Or are we?
- Is my family living in a way that is healthy? What could we be doing different? What resources are available to us to help us live a healthier life? What services are available to us?
- I want tools that allow me to determine what benefits I want that will best impact my family and me now and in the future.
- I want additional services that will allow me to save for health care, pay for health care, in a way that is easy for me to use.
Anything else that my employer could provide to minimize the impact of other unexpected life events would be greatly appreciated…
